Vice President

About Me:

Hey! I'm Jessica, and I'm the 2014-2015 HOPE Vice President. I am from Katy, Texas (near Houston!) and I attended Seven Lakes High School back at home. I like to draw, code, and binge on Netflix; if you do any of these, don't be afraid to hit me up. I've also been a Girl Scout since 3rd grade, so I've really learned the value of community service from a young age. This summer I spent over 90 hours working on my Gold Award Project! I love volunteering, especially with kids. I really like HOPE because it provides a huge variety of volunteer opportunities for students to impact their community so that everyone can participate in an event that aligns with their interests and have fun! Before joining TAMS and HOPE, I served in my community at home by teaching VBS, tutoring, and I'm also a camp counselor at a camp for kids with special needs. I hope this year we can continue to be an outstanding club and hopefully meet the high expectations we set for ourselves; we want to provide more and consistent volunteering opportunities and some great HOPE fundraisers. In addition to being HOPE VP this year, I am also a senior mentor in the girls' B200 wing (my girls my girls!), so my door is always open if you guys have questions or want to chat. I'm probably watching crime shows and procrastinating going to the gym, so if you guys have any questions, feel free to message me!
